Alliance In-Home Care
Providing care as unique as you are.
Overview of Our Business
Alliance In-Home Care: Home Caregivers Bringing High Quality Care to You
At Alliance In-Home Care, we provide safe, reliable, and respectful quality in-home care services at a reasonable cost. Most often, in-home care is less expensive than an assisted living facility, and our clients are able to continue living in their homes - in familiar and comfortable surroundings. Because we understand how important the caregiver-client relationship is, we use our expertise to assess your needs and to create a custom Personal Care Plan just for you.
We carefully match you with one of our state-registered, bonded, insured, and experienced caregivers whom you can trust to care for you or your loved one in the comfort of home. Alliance In-Home Care is locally owned and operated by Don and Coral-Mary Southam. With years of experience providing in-home care, we manage your services personally. When you call, we answer. Alliance In-Home Care is locally based, allowing us to be within minutes of our clients. We live and have raised our family on the westside of Los Angeles, so we know the many resources available to our clients and are integrated into our local community.
We offer three categories of services to our clients:
Hourly or Live-In Senior/In-Home Care, Respite Care, and Procedure Recovery Care (to help prevent readmission.) If you are are looking for help in caring for yourself or a loved one, use the "contact us" page below to arrange a free, no-obligation, care assessment and hourly quote.
Alliance In-Home Care Services
We Live in and Serve the Westside of Los Angeles
Alliance In-Home Care provides exceptional Home Care in and around the West Los Angeles area, including Santa Monica, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Pacific Palisades, Marina Del Rey, and Venice.
Hourly or Live-In Senior/In-Home Care
Whether you're a client who needs assistance for a couple of hours a day, a few days per week, or someone who needs 24-hour live-in care, we employ a variety of experienced Caregivers who can assist you with all of your activities of daily living. This can range from shopping and meal prep, light housekeeping, medication and fluid reminders, errand running, companionship, walks and outings, to assistance in and out of bed, bathing and specific mental stimulation. We are here to provide the individualized help you and your loved ones need.
Restorative breaks help refresh those who provide care for family members requiring extra attention and time from their loved ones. A planned break does not mean you care any less about the person you are caring for. Quite the opposite. Personal time away actually helps you to be a better caregiver and maintain balance in your life. Let us help and match a Caregiver that has just right education and background for you and your loved one. Our Caregivers will learn the needs of your loved one and provide the highest quality care helping to keep them safe, healthy and happy, enabling you the time to rest and re-energize.
Procedure Recovery Care (to help prevent readmission)
Recovering at home from any procedure is everybody's best chance at maximum comfort and minimum stress. Once you have been discharged, let us help you stay out of a "recovery center", where individual attention is much harder to receive. Our goal is to help you stay in your home where your needs can be met and your progress monitored, appointments set and attended to, giving you the best chance at getting back to your life as quickly as possible.
In our personal lives we have spent decades caring for members of our family with challenges like Alzheimer's, strokes, joint replacements, cancers and disabilities, even when we were being strongly urged to admit them to rehab and recovery centers. We wanted to do everything ourselves and learned a lot over these many years. It was difficult but it brought us closer to understanding our life’s purpose. There is no greater reward in life than caring for someone else. We have experienced, first hand, the positive effects of staying in your own home and recognize, fully, the piece-of-mind and health benefits this can provide. Our path through these challenges isn't possible for everyone so we partnered with the national membership organization Companion Connection Senior Care to form Alliance In-Home Care.
Whether you need minor help with things that have started to fall through the cracks such as light housekeeping and meal prep or there is a need for more vigilant live-in care, we can help place a Caregiver who will be a match for your
unique needs. We can provide regular scheduled visits for activities of daily living including cooking, transportation to and from activities and appointments, personal hygiene, walks, shopping and companionship. Our state-registered, insured, bonded and thoroughly background-checked Caregivers are guided by our Care Coordinators along with you and your loved ones to develop and manage a Personal Care Plan that’s expertly tailored specifically to you.
